Do you have a minimum starting price for weddings?

The minimum starts at $5,000 (not including tax, delivery, and setup fees). All of our prices include labor, design, florals, and materials.

Do you provide delivery, setups, and takedowns?

Yes! Delivery depends on the city, how much we are transporting, and our time.
We charge an additional service fee for setting a teardown fee. Parking fees will apply depending on the venue.

How far in advance do I need to consult with you to book?

We appreciate a sufficient advance timeline starting at 6 months to a year if possible for bigger weddings or events. If inquiring a month or week before your wedding, we may not be able to accommodate it. Rushed orders may also be subject to additional charges.

What is the booking process like with you?

After you submit an inquiry, we'll reach out and send you a draft quote via SignEasy. You can then schedule a free consultation to review and adjust any details. Once you approve the quote, sign the contract and pay the 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Your remaining balance is due one month before the wedding, and you can make any changes before the final payment.

Where do you buy your flowers from?

We primarily source from United Floral and Florist Supply in Vancouver, BC. Whenever possible, we also partner with local growers in the Lower Mainland and surrounding BC region, as well as other parts of the Pacific West Coast, including California.

What eco-friendly products do you use?

We use fresh moss, frog pins, chicken wire, biodegradable vases, recyclable glass or metal containers, and other sustainable options like wooden boxes, recycled paper, and plant-based materials. We continuously explore zero-waste ideas, reusing and recycling as much as possible, both in our studio and in the materials we send out. Our goal is to minimize our environmental impact while creating beautiful designs.

Can I purchase a small fresh order bouquet or arrangements from you?

We currently don’t offer small fresh orders because we don’t have a storefront or function as a traditional retail shop. However, during major holidays like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, we may occasionally offer fresh flower arrangements online (though not guaranteed).

Is your studio also a walk-in shop?

Currently, we’re a private studio and online-only business. We hope to have a walk-in shop in the future, but for now, we are not open for public visits.
